I’m using Emacs as my editor of choice (it is the best, after all) but feel free to use whatever you want. This has never been an issue for me when it comes to monitoring networks as LibreNMS always seems to discover something it can monitor, but you might need to get down and dirty in terminal to get more esoteric devices up and monitoring.įor this walk-through I’m assuming that you have a Ubuntu Server 14.04 and we’re using LibreNMS version c72d8cc. Whilst LibreNMS has good support for a large range of network switches and devices, it’s support for MIB files is still very experimental. One area where LibreNMS is currently weak is in the support for custom MIB files. With great graphs, a truck-load of notification options, including PushBullet, it’s everything you want from a network tool. It’s certainly easier to get up and running with LibreNMS. LibreNMS is a fork of Observium but it has a focus on presentation and usability. Here we’re going to look at one of my favourite open-source packages, LibreNMS.

or directly from this for Ubuntu 64 bit systems: Note that Rclone (and thus, RcloneBrowser too) performs the synchronization on demand, without any real-time file monitoring and automatic uploading / downloading of changed files.ĭownlouad the Rclone program here and install it on your system: (the version in the standard Ubuntu repository only works for Onedrive personal edition.) It is tested with the Onedrive for Hermann Wesselink college in Amstelveen, Netherlands and it seems to work OK.īesides performing various operations on your cloud files, RcloneBrowser can also mount and unmount your remote cloud storage, and it can stream media files with an external player, such as mpv. RcloneBrowser allows browsing and modifying (upload / download / remove, etc.) remote repositories, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, oneDrive and so on, including encrypted ones, using the same configuration file as Rclone, so you don't have to configure remote services twice. But not the version in the repository (1.36) bur a newer one that can be downloaded from their website.

I found another way to access Onedrive accounts. Since there is no tray icon or GUI available, you can only check the system monitor to see if onedrive is still running. The onedrive daemon keeps crashing in my case. Business accounts at first seem to work, but after a while they don't work well. Using Onedrive for personal accounts works pretty well. Now onedrive is connected and keeps monitoring after a new startup.
